Having previous said she wouldn't make any further comment on the medical situation that has caused her to postponed some U.S. tour Dates Janet Jackson broke her silence to hit back at reports in the press that she has cancer.
Janet posted a video on her Twitter account which starts off with some appropriate lyrics from her song "The Great Forever" and then goes on to say she doesn't have cancer. That she will be fit for the scheduled European tour dates and will reschedule the postponed U.S. dates.
